Join us for the SEAOG Summer Social on Thursday evening, August 20th for a networking reception and an exclusive behind-the-scenes guided tour of the TK Elevator Testing Tower.  You’ll get to explore the showroom exhibits and interactive display monitors to discover the varying features of the low-rise, mid-rise and high-rise elevators.

During the 60-minute guided tour, you’ll learn about TKE’s state-of-the-art research and development labs that enable engineers to develop the vertical transportation methods of the future.  You’ll also enjoy breathtaking panoramic views from the floor-to-ceiling windows in the event spaces on the top floor of the building.  

Drinks and appetizers will be served, and complimentary parking is included in your event fee.  This exclusive event is for SEAOG members ONLY, and attendees must supply their own PPE to participate in the tour.  Space is limited to 50 total, so reserve your spot today!

the Venue 

The TK Elevator (TKE) Innovation and Qualification Center in The Battery features North America's tallest elevator test tower at 420 feet.  This ultramodern elevator test tower features 18 shafts to assess new concepts and product pilots as well as to ensure compliance with the highest safety standards.  A display of the intricate machinery that actively powers the test tower adds to the enticing atmosphere. Fire-rated glass lines the elevator shaft of the ground floor lobby to showcase the technology behind TK’s elevators. Concrete and steel framing throughout the building lend a raw authenticity that speaks to the industrial power of the TKE brand. 

Personal Protection Equipment

To participate on the tour, all guests MUST bring their own PPE (hardhat, vest, safety glasses, closed-toe shoes or work boots, and long pants). 

Parking Information

TKE is located directly across from The Battery Atlanta at Truist Park.  Guest parking is available in the SILVER deck and will be validated at TKE – remember to bring your parking ticket inside to receive a validation sticker at the registration desk.  Carpooling is encouraged.

You can also park in the RED or PURPLE deck at The Battery, and cross the street to TKE. The first two hours are FREE, and then $10 for 2-3 hours or $15 for 3-4 hours.
